MINI’s 2023 restyle was seismic. And it warranted a seismic celebration.
The brand debuted the new look at the London Design Festival, where the cars were just one part of a big, bright immersive installation imagined up by award-winning artist Morag Myerscough.
She visualised how the future of driving (specifically the shift to electric cars) would impact the cities we inhabit. Attendees were immersed in a world of neon skyscrapers, tweeting birds and lush greenery.
Working with the fantastic creative team at Media Monks – and supremely talented director, Mark Gostick – I wrote a behind-the-scenes short film about Morag’s creative process and ongoing relationship with the ever-optimistic MINI brand.
